Chris Wood

Office Manager, Williams Estates

I am the office valuer at Williams Estates Mold office, situated in picturesque North Wales. My role allows me to meet potential clients on a day to day basis with a view to winning new instructions. I have a passion for property and was recently awarded the national ‘Rising Star’ award at the 2017 Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2017 in Le Meridien, London. I am also a member of the Propertymark National Association of Estate Agents.

In 2017 I was featured on ITV Wales News for a segment about the regeneration costs of the houses of parliament and how you could ‘purchase parliament’ in Rhuddlan and I am currently working towards a Technical Award in Commercial Agency. I am keen to help develop Williams Estates commercial portfolio and gain commercial contacts.

In my spare time I have a passion for music and play live as much as I can, this lead to me forming Charity Rocks Wales – a group of talented musicians looking to give back to the community by putting on musical events for local fundraising. I have also recently joined the Events Committee for Newcis, the largest provider of carer services in Wales.
